CHANDLER WELLS
Founder & Operations
Born and raised in Willard, Chandler grew up turning wrenches and fixing whatever broke around the house. After years of managing property maintenance for others, he saw the same problem everywhere -- unreliable contractors, vague pricing, and no-show appointments. He started Brothers Co to be the company he wished existed when he needed work done. When he's not on a job site, he's probably fishing Table Rock Lake or grilling in the backyard.
CHRISTOPHER CARSON
Co-Founder & Project Lead
Christopher grew up in Willard and built his skills through years of hands-on experience in the construction industry -- from framing and exterior builds to finish work and project management. He brings a perfectionist's eye to every project and the kind of calm you want when things don't go as planned (because they never do). Outside of work, he coaches little league and still finds time to hunt every season opener.
Two brothers. One standard. We grew up in the Springfield-Willard area and we treat every home like it belongs to our neighbor -- because it probably does. Fair quotes. Quality work. We show up.
